BIBLE STUDIES – Four times a year we offer new Bible Studies to the women of our church. For an updated list, check our newsletter which is available at the Information Center on Sundays. See classes listed below.
-
EVENTS – Women’s events are great opportunities to take a break from your schedule and join together with other women who love God and love being with one another. In addition we try to host a women’s retreat every season either in the Spring or the Fall.
-
MOPS - MOPS is a down-to-earth program for mothers of preschoolers and their children (birth through kindergarten). MOPS offers encouragement and support to moms during this challenging season of life and parenting. Children have fun in the MOPPETS program while moms hear from guest speakers, complete a craft project, and enjoy adult conversation. Contact Amanda Conard for more information at 206-465-4803. |

Evening Tea will put a song in your heart!
Bringing women of all ages together for a time of fun and fellowship! That is the goal of CHCC Women when they present an evening tea on Friday, April 30th. Take your mind off the busyness of life and enjoy a word of encouragement from our guest speaker, Sarah Taylor. She will be speaking on “Fresh Starts—Creating your own personal mission statement.” Sarah is an afternoon DJ on Spirit 105.3 on the “Tom and Sarah in the Afternoon” show.
We also need volunteers to host the tables. Each hostess provides place settings and creatively sets a table for 8 for tea and dessert. Bring an empty platter for the centerpiece and a tablecloth of your choice. This is your chance to have fun and be creative! You may be as fancy or as casual as you choose—from china to cute paper plates. If you would like to host a table please contact Leisa Chaney at LeisaC@chccbw.org or (425) 488-4121 or you may sign up to hostess at the Women’s Ministry booth after Church on Sunday.

This theme equips moms to learn more about themselves as they go through the adventure of motherhood. They will celebrate and embrace the fun in the experiences, even in the midst of daily mom life that stretches them emotionally and spiritually. As the year unfolds, MOPS will examine the practical aspects of the theme and then move toward the spiritual truth. The knowledge that God is with us on the mothering adventure gives hope. God’s love is big enough for the magnitude of the adventure! Contact Amanda Conard for more information at 206-465-4803 or ajconard@hotmail.com. Click here for a registration form.
