Ministry Details: I am a single man hoping to get married soon. In 1996, I had a clear vision to start new work to meet a specific need in my community and as a result, Union Temple Christian Fellowship International, (U.T.C.F.I.) was established. Our first church, Bulandzeni Church, has 95 members who attend Sunday worship service regularly, and the second church, Madlalangubo Church, has a membership of 150 or more who meet every Sunday. U.T.C.F.I. is very committed to reaching unchurched people. We planted another church in Madonsa, where I am Pastor, because it is God’s command we should go into all nations and make His Kingdom known. At the new church I am targeting young people. They are the ones who seem less interested in giving their lives to Christ due to peer pressure. We are also targeting families, especially the heads, because once they are won to Christ, ultimately the whole family is won. |

PASTOR MALI’S JANUARY 2008 REPORT
Hi saints in the body of Christ. We are so grateful that God Almighty has allowed us to enter 2008 and serve Him again. It is a joy to me to be alive and serve Him in this generation. May God give you more power and wisdom to do His mission across the nations. There is a very big need to bring the healing message and hope to this tired and lost world. The church of Christ has a greater responsibility to represent God well.
As I look back to the past year and years ago, I literally see the faithfulness of God in our church (U.T.C.F.I.) God is giving us
(U.T.C.F.I.) grace. People are being saved, of which is the greatest job God has called us to do. I (Pastor Mali) thank God for the partnership He established between our church and C.H.C.C. for the advancement of His Kingdom. Our three churches are doing fine except my third church because of meeting in someone's house. I do believe that once we get our independent plot, things will change. People will begin to come in large numbers to hear the Word. I learned this lesson from our first church. When we were meeting in my house, few people would be interested to come. It did not take them long to come when we were given our land. The issue of the land in our case is almost through. They are supposed to resume their meetings of 2008, the first week of February. That is where they promised to hand over the land to (U.T.C.F.I.), according to the chief himself and his right-hand men.
So far in our third church in Manzini, nothing much is happening. We meet every Sunday for our church service. I have an average attendance of 6-10 people. I'm fully convinced that God has many people in this community that need to meet Him as their Lord. My physical eyes see only the starting point, but spiritual see the end point. I believe God operates much with the end points.
In Bulandzeni and Madlalangubo, I'm getting ready to conduct a baptism
(water) service. I have six candidates from Bulandzeni and six from Madlalangubo. We believe baptism is one of the ordinances left by our Lord to be practiced by the church, not as a means to salvation, but as a symbol.
Projects - In Bulandzeni we still need to finish the living room. I hope that before the end of this year, 2008, we would have finished it and officially opened it. In our second church, we are expected to have run the electricity line by March. The quotation has been released and it charges E5750. Bro. Hank and Sister Joyce left a sum of E6000 to take care of that. We hope to have electricity soon in our second church.
Pass my regards to Dr. Steve Walker and his wife and C.H.C.C.
In His Service,
