Missions at a Glance
As Christians, we at Canyon Hills Community Church accept the authority of the Bible and its total impact; and believe that God's divine manifestation in Christ and His oracle recorded in the Bible establish guidelines for all men whose path is enlightened by God's word. CHCC is called to support missionaries who preach the Gospel, are led by the Holy Spirit, and obediently engage in God's mission according to the Scripture.

OUR PURPOSE:
- To fulfill the Great Commission. Matthew 28:19, 20.
- To minister to the totality of human need. Matt. 10:2, Mark 9:41.
- To present the Gospel so that men and women will be saved and discipled in the knowledge of God. Ephesians 4:12 .
- To provide for involvement on the part of all members so they might grow spiritually. II Corinthians 9.
- To facilitate the planting of reproducing church movements at home and abroad. Acts 1:8.
FOCUS:
- To present God's eternal salvation in the name of Jesus Christ to all people.
DEFINITION OF MISSIONS:
Missions at CANYON HILLS COMMUNITY CHURCH is defined as:
- Local ministries involved in outreach, evangelism and church planting.
- Evangelizing, discipling, planting churches, and aiding in growth and development both
overseas and in the United States
- The cross-cultural ministries overseas and to sub-cultures within our own country.
