Overall Additional Notes: The main purpose of this trip is to help evangelize, reach out, and encourage the people of St. Peter’s Church and Pastor Yuri Mamontov. Canyon Hills has been sending teams to Kursk and supporting Pastor Yuri financially for over ten years. St. Peter’s church is in the middle of a major campaign to build their own facility. In 2007, the people of Canyon Hills gave over $65,000 in seed money for the work of this church, and our passion is to see this project through to completion.
