CHCC offers a number of Global Encounter Trips (short-term mission trips) throughout the year. Listed below are current upcoming opportunities to share God's word with those around the world.

If you are interested in joining one of these teams, fill out the GET Team Member Application and return it to Global Outreach Department at Canyon Hills.

GLOBAL ENCOUNTER TEAMS - 2012

Please be praying for the following teams as they get ready to go:

Team Papua New Guinea

Dates: September 28-October 14, 2012
Team Leader: Chuck Booth
Emphasis: Team will work with long-term missionary of Canyon Hills, the Sasaki Family, traveling to the New Tribes base in Lapilo to do construction and encourage our partners and others.

Team Nepal

Dates: October 28-November 10, 012
Team Leader: Nancy Williams
Emphasis: Team will travel to Katmandu and partner with Vision Nationals. This ministry has an orphanage and a pastor-training/church-planting center.

Team Central Asia

Dates: October 2012
Team Leader: Pastor Corey
Emphasis: Team will work with children and investigate potential partnerships in this closed country.
Team Needs: General/pediatric physical therapists, pediatricians, or nurses.
