What We Do:
THE DAMASCUS HOUSE FOR MEN is a non-profit, gospel-centered drug and alcohol recovery ministry for men. Our heart-focused discipleship model teaches drug and alcohol dependent men how to truly live a Christ-like life that brings honor and glory to God. Residents leave the old self behind and grow in their dependence on Christ by incorporating the gospel into the details of life. Over time, they cumulatively worship their way out of addiction through the practice of honoring God in everything they do.
Surrounded by the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains to the west as well as the Cascade Mountain range to the east, residents enjoy often breathtaking views and recreational activities when given the chance. Located in Bothell, WA about 20 minutes north of Seattle, the Pacific Northwest location provides the perfect canvas on which to display God’s majesty and enhances our focus on His love for us. The Damascus House is situated in the perfect backdrop for prayer, worship and personal reflection.

Our heart-focused discipleship model teaches drug and alcohol dependent women how to truly live a Christ-like life that brings honor and glory to God. Residents leave the old self behind and grow in their dependence on Christ by incorporating the gospel into the details of life. Over time, they cumulatively worship their way out of addiction through the practice of honoring God in everything they do.
