Every Thursday, we gather together for Young Adults Nights and throughout the week, we also have Life Groups that meet to grow together in biblical community.
In this study, we will learn from the lives of Esther and Jonah, and how their stories are relevant for our own lives today.

My wife Claire and I moved here from South Carolina in April of 2023. I have the joy of leading our Young Adults (18-29) Ministry here at Canyon Hills. I grew up in an Army family moving across the country until I landed at Columbia International University in South Carolina. It was there that I met the love of my life Claire and where I discovered my passion for ministry. After serving a short stint in the Army Reserve Chaplaincy and founding a Young Adult Ministry in SC, Claire and I knew the Lord was leading us to plant more permanent roots in ministry…and he led us here to the Evergreen State! I love talking about my savior, my family, and Army Football (Beat navy)!
I became the ministry assistant for Young Adults spring of 2024. Before I started here at Canyon Hills, the Lord began preparing me for ministry as I walked through a year at Ravencrest Bible School in Colorado. God continued His work in my life as a resident assistant at a Bible School in Hawaii, where I cultivated meaningful relationships and leadership skills. When I moved back to Washington I got reconnected at Canyon Hills and met my husband, Jackson, through the Young Adults Ministry. In my free time you can find me trying to beat Jackson at pickleball, on the beach volleyball courts, or playing with our dog Waylon.
I have the joy of being the Young Adults worship leader here at Canyon Hills! My husband, Mark Moody, and I, have had the privilege of leading worship here since we were high school seniors and worship interns back in 2020. I will soon graduate from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s in Christian Studies, with an emphasis in Worship Leadership. I was married in August 2024, and now I get to do life and full-time ministry alongside my husband! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with those I love, especially over a good cup of coffee! My favorite part of my job is getting to see people passionately worship King Jesus! “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” 1 Cor. 10:32.
