Leader Process

Step One: 101 Training

Quality leaders are important to us. Not looking for perfect leaders, but those who take seriously the call. Leaders play a unique and special role within our church.

What you will learn
  • Leadership Requirements: church membership, background check, etc.
  • How to effectively lead and care for those within your group.
  • What it takes to lead a group.
  • 3 biblical priorities of every Life Group.
  • Become comfortable with our Discipleship Roadmap and learn how it can be used as a tool to shepherd the people in your Group.
  • The 8 values of Life Group membership.
  • How to access support and resources to help you care for those in your group during crisis.

Step Two: Application

Once you have completed our 101 training, the next step will be for you to complete our online Leader Application. The application should take around 15-20 minutes to complete. 

Step Three: One-on-one Meeting

Once we receive your application, we will reach out to you to schedule a 1 on 1 meeting to begin discussing details about your new group. 

Step Four: Start Planning

We couldn’t be more excited to see you launch your new group! An important next step is for you to fill out our planning page. This will help you communicate critical details which will help register your group and get you access to our online database.
