The Fall Retreat is a weekend away in two awesome mountain locations: guys to Cle Elum, girls to Ravensdale. These three days are built to connect, grow and do things you wouldn't normally get to in everyday life. This isn't a camp its a retreat designed to be hands on, interactive, and restful. One that will be both meaningful for your life and memorable with friends.

We believe that no student should be prevented from attending Fall Retreat due to financial hardship. If you need financial assistance, we are happy to partner with you. If you have need for a Scholarship because of financial hardship, you can apply for that after the registration process. You will need to pay the non-refundable deposit during registration.

The $50 deposit is non-refundable. The remaining camp cost is refundable until the date registration closes on October 26th. After that date, no refunds will be issued.

Our goal is for students to be with their life group and life group leader.

If your student is not yet in a Life Group, we still encourage them to sign up! They’ll be placed in a cabin with students of the same grade and gender.

One of the things that makes Canyon Hills Camps special is the chance for students to unplug from distractions and fully engage. Because of that, all Canyon Hills Camps and Retreats are completely electronic device free — meaning if it connects to the internet, has a cellular connection, or can send and receive communication, it must stay home.

We believe camp is a rare opportunity for students to:

  • Be fully present with their cabin group and leaders, building meaningful relationships without the constant interruptions of texts, social media, or games.
  • Hear from God clearly, free from the noise and pull of digital connection.

Our goal is to create a space where every student can disconnect from screens and fully engage with God, their community, and the life-changing experience of Fall Retreat.

Thank you for helping us protect this environment by making sure your student leaves their devices at home.

  • Dietary Modifications: Both camp locations offer alternatives at each meal for campers who are gluten-free, dairy-free (or lactose-intolerant), gluten/dairy-free, or vegetarian. While alternate main entrees will be provided, not all side items may have substitutions available.
  • Nut Policy: Both locations do not cook with or serve peanut or tree nut products in their kitchen. The camp facility is not completely nut-free.  With any severe allergy, we recommend always carrying an EpiPen/emergency medications.
  • Cross Contamination: While every effort is made to minimize exposure, the kitchen does not have a separate food-prep space for allergen-free meals. Meals may come into contact with gluten, nuts, soy, eggs, shellfish, and other allergens. Some packaged foods used on-site may be processed in facilities that also handle allergens.
  • Severe Allergies (EpiPen / Life-Threatening Reactions): If your child has a life-threatening food allergy or celiac disease, we recommend they bring their own meals to camp.We will have space to store it if needed.
  • To help us best care for your child:
    • Be sure to note all dietary and medical needs on your registration form.
    • If you plan to send food with your camper, you must coordinate with us at least 2 weeks before the Retreat.
  • Contact us at hsm@chccbw.org for any questions or to make arrangements.
