Need a Little Financial Help for Camp?

It is our sincerest desire that no student be kept from attending Summer Camp due to lack of finances. If you have need for a CAMPERSHIP because of financial hardship, you can apply for that after the registration process.  You will need to pay the non-refundable $50 deposit during registration.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • It’s a camp scholarship with a twist to it. It exists due to the generosity of people who love you—sight unseen—enough to donate $ to help you get to camp if the cost is a bit steep for you.
  • We determine eligibility by the information we receive in your application.
  • Nope! It’s not hard at all.
    Parents are asked if they want to apply for a campership when they register a camper.
    And if you have any questions about it, feel free to email camps@chccbw.org and ask away.
  • Through our application, you let us know how much help you need, and then we evaluate and let you know how much we can offer.
  • The maximum possible campership allowed per person is as follows (first-timer discount would be considered a part of this amount:                                                                                                                           High School or Middle School Camp = $100 total per camper                                                                                                                                 Kids Camp = $75 total per camper
  • You may apply for a Campership after your completion of the registration process for camp.
  • Please fill out the application (form appears in the confirmation screen) by June 8th.

Send a Camper to Camp

If you would like to help send a kid or student to camp, click the link below to give to our Campership fund. Any amount is a blessing and only goes directly to lowering the cost of camp for those who need it. Once you click the link, it will take you to the online Giving page. In the drop-down menu for name, select “Campership”. Follow the instructions and prompts to give a one-time payment.
