Application Process
We accept applications from those residing in Bothell, Lynnwood, Kenmore, Mill Creek, those with 98208 & 98296 zip codes, as well as anyone who has a child in the Northshore School District with proof. No location boundaries apply for CHCC members and regular attendees. Applications are a requirement. After the application is filled out, required documents must be turned in before an interview can be scheduled. Please note that the entire application process can take up to two weeks or longer.
The Food Bank is open for in-person shopping every Tuesday from 11:30AM – 1:00PM and 5:30PM – 7:00PM for those who are on the client roster.
We are located at 22125 17th Avenue SE (Suite 111) Bothell, WA 98021 – just across the south parking lot from the church and around the corner towards the greenbelt, in Building 3.
The Food Bank will be closed for snow whenever the Northshore School District closes.

Donate Food or Finances
Donations
Food donations can be dropped off at “Food Bank” labeled receptacles throughout the church building. We do not accept expired food, bakery goods, dairy products or fresh produce. All refrigerated and fresh products are provided by our Food Bank through the generous financial donations of our congregation.
