• Project Coordinators – Oversees and manages schedules, and ensures projects are completed on time.
• Prop Assembly -Fabricate decorations, props, and game elements that don’t require traditional construction.
• Construction Specialist – Builds elements and structures like stage sets, game stations, and outdoor equipment.
• Supply Manager – Organizes and tracks materials and tools for the team.
• Painting and Finishing Specialist – Adds paint, finishing details, and artistic elements to projects.
• Electrical Specialist – Installs lighting, wiring, and other electrical components.
  Mechanical Specialist – Designs and builds moving parts or interactive elements.
• Welder – Fabricates and assembles metal structures, frames, and other elements in conjunction with various projects.
• CNC Machine Operator – Uses computer-controlled machinery to cut, shape, and create precise components.
• Plumbing/Water Feature Specialist – Installs and maintains water-based features like fountains, slides, or interactive elements.
• Purchaser – Sources and buys all necessary materials within budget.
• Blueprint and Design Specialist – Creates detailed plans and blueprints for all build projects.

Before students ever arrive at camp, their experience begins at check-in. This is our first opportunity to care for the hundreds of campers and their families, creating a smooth, welcoming, and stress-free start to their journey. When check-in runs well, parents feel reassured, students feel excited, cabin leaders are supported and everyone begins camp on the right foot.

We need caring and energetic volunteers to help with parking lot logistics, checking students in, directing families, loading luggage, and more. Your role isn’t just about logistics-it’s about setting the tone for an incredible week.

Through behind-the-scenes preparation— assembling care packages, encouragement elements, and planning special moments—you’ll play a key role in refreshing and supporting our leaders as they pour into students.
